SalonQ Account Deletion Request

This page explains how users of SalonQ can request deletion of their account and associated data.

Option 1: Delete Account from the App

If you have access to your SalonQ account, you can request deletion directly from the app:

1. Open the SalonQ app.
2. Go to Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Confirm your account deletion request.

Option 2: Request Account Deletion by Email

If you are unable to access the app, you can email us to request account deletion.

Please include the following details in your email:

• Your registered mobile number or email address
• Your name
• Reason for account deletion, optional

Data That Will Be Deleted

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymize the following data associated with your account:

• Account profile information
• Customer profile details
• App login-related information
• Queue and booking-related user data
• Saved preferences linked to your account

Data That May Be Retained

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or business compliance purposes.

Such retained data will be kept only for the period required by applicable law or legitimate business requirements, and then deleted or anonymized.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 7 to 30 working days after verification.
